The structure is located just a 5-minute drive (4. 8 km) from the ferry terminal in the port of Livorno. This location is ideal for those who want to visit Pisa and Livorno. The apartment borders a historic Medici villa from the 1600s, called "Garitta" because of its characteristic circular structure with loopholes, which remains intact in one corner of the villa. In the past, there were even 4 of them! The free beach of Tirrenia/Calambrone (Pisa), including a section dedicated to dogs, is just a 5-minute drive from the property. Important: you need to have your own means of transportation, such as a car or motorcycle, to get around from here. The nearest bus stop is 1. 5 km away by foot. Pets are allowed upon request, provided they are medium-small in size. There will be an additional cost of 25 euros per dog per stay, to be paid on-site. A maximum of 2 animals can be accommodated. The apartment has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. If the booking is for 2 guests who want to sleep separately, please specify it to the host at the time of booking. In this case, there will be an additional charge of 10 euros for the washing of the sheets. Otherwise, the double bed will be available. Please note that meals are not included in the accommodation. The apartment has a kitchen with an induction stove, while the other rooms only have a breakfast area with a kettle, espresso coffee machine with capsules, a 42-liter refrigerator, and a small table.
